The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia hereby informs the interested public that on 3 April 2024 it published a Decision on the launch of a public tender for the designation of a universal service provider for connection to a public communications network at a fixed location through which broadband access to the Internet is provided at a transmission speed as specified in the General Act on the transmission speed suitable for broadband access to the Internet in force from time to time.
The Agency publishes the tender documentation, including the instructions for the submission of tenders. To assist in the preparation of bids, the Agency has also prepared templates for the forms already included in the tender documentation.
Interested tenderers are invited to submit their tenders by 10.00 on 4 May 2026.
The public opening of tenders will take place at the Agency's premises on 4 May 2026 at 12.00.
In accordance with point 2.1 of the Tender dossier, the Agency will publish replies to requests for further information and clarifications from tenderers on an ongoing basis and will publish all replies to any questions from tenderers on its website by 22 April 2026.
Written questions must reach the Agency no later than 15 April 2026.
