The Communications Networks and Services Agency of the Republic of Slovenia hereby informs the public that it has received an application from the MINISTRY FOR INFRASTRUCTURE, DIRECTORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA FOR INFRASTRUCTURE, Hajdrihova ulica 2A, 1000 Ljubljana, for the transfer of the right to use radio frequencies to the company Slovenian Railways – Infrastructure, a company for the management and maintenance of railway infrastructure and the control of railway traffic, Ltd. Kolodvorska ulica 011, 1000 Ljubljana, for a decision on the assignment of radio frequencies:
38115-19/2023/3 of 8.6.2023, valid until 10.6.2033, at the transmitting site ReCo MARIBOR 2 on the frequency 442,725 MHz and
38115-19/2023/5 of 8.6.2023, valid until 10.6.2033, at the transmitting site PC PEKEL on the frequency 442,725 MHz.
By Decisions Nos 38115-20/2026/3 and 38115-20/2026/7 of 7 April 2026, the Agency transferred the rights to use the radio frequencies to a new holder, Slovenian Railways – Infrastructure, a company for the management and maintenance of railway infrastructure and the control of railway traffic, Ltd. Kolodvorska ulica 011, 1000 Ljubljana.
