The purpose of the analysis is to examine the market segments and the main factors on the postal services market in the Republic of Slovenia, and to monitor the underlying trends over the years, with the aim of showing the state of the market and its evolution over time.
The regular analysis in this area also includes the results of surveys carried out each year, including a survey on users' online purchasing habits, which the Agency carried out for the second time in 2024.
