The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia, pursuant to the sixth indent of the first paragraph of Article 271 of the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 130/22, 18/23 – ZDU-1O and 40/25 – ZInfV-1), hereby informs the interested public that it has received an application from the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Davčna ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, for the transfer of rights to use the short dialling number 114. The short-dialling number 114 was allocated to the Ministry of Digital Transformation by Decision No. 38211-12/2023/3 dated 1 January 2024.

In accordance with the Decree amending the Decree on the Establishment of the General Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia (Official Gazette No. 11/26), the Agency issued Consent No. 38211-4/2026/2 dated 18 June 2026 for the transfer of the right to use the short-dialling number 114, with effect from 1 July 2026, to the General Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, 20 Gregorčičeva Street, 1000 Ljubljana.
