The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia informs audiovisual media service providers that, pursuant to Article 18 of the Audiovisual Media Services Act (AVMSA), they are obliged to submit an annual report by the end of February 2026 on the shares of Slovenian and European audiovisual works achieved in 2025.
The following are obliged to submit the report:
- all providers of on-demand audiovisual media services,
- broadcasters which are not exempted from reporting as provided for in Article 18 of the AVMSA or in the European Commission Guidelines for the monitoring of the share of European audiovisual works:

- PLANET TV 2
- POP BRIO
- POP CINEMA
- POP OTO
- POP TV

- Televizija Slovenija 3 /SLO 3/
- TV Arena
- TV Veseljak Golica

The signed report with reference number 0043-6/2026 can be sent to the Agency by e-mail to info.box@akos-rs.si or to the Agency's address at Stegne 7, 1000 Ljubljana. The deadline for submission of the report is 28 February 2026.
