The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia hereby informs the public that it has received an application from TOTI RADIO d. o. o., Glavni trg 2, 2000 Maribor, for the transfer of the rights to use radio frequencies to RADIO PRO 1 d. o. o., Stegne 11 B, 1000 Ljubljana, for a decision on the allocation of radio frequencies:
- No 38111-27/2023/2 of 16 May 2023, valid until 19 June 2027, at the transmitting site JOSIPDOL, at a frequency of 93,5 MHz and
- No 38111-28/2024/2 of 19. 4. 2024, valid until 23. 4. 2034, at the transmitting site RADLJE 2, on the frequency 89,5 MHz.
On the basis of the previously issued authorisation to carry out radio broadcasting activities, the Agency transferred the rights to use the radio frequencies to a new holder, RADIO PRO 1 d.o.o., Stegne 11 B, 1000 Ljubljana, by Decisions No 38111-52/2025/4 of 9.9.2025 and No 38111-52/2025/6 of 9.9.2025.
The Agency has also received an application from ŠPRAH d. o. o., Škofja vas, Škofja vas 51 B, 3211 Škofja vas for the transfer of the rights to use radio frequencies to D PRODUKCIJA d. o. o., Stegne 11 B, 1000 Ljubljana, for a decision on the assignment of radio frequencies:
- No 38111-3/2025/4 of 6 February 2025, valid until 19 November 2029, at the transmitting site MARIBOR 6, at a frequency of 94,4 MHz.
On the basis of the previously issued licence for the exercise of radio activities, the Agency transferred the rights to use radio frequencies by Decision No 38111-53/2025/5 of 10.9.2025 to the new holder, D PRODUKCIJA d. o. o., Stegne 11 B, 1000 Ljubljana.
