In Phase 3 of the public call for tenders for the allocation of radio frequencies in the 2300 MHz and 3600 MHz bands for local use, the Agency issued frequency allocation decisions to the sole bidder, T-2 d.o.o. The completion of Phase 3 also closes the above-mentioned public tender.

On 11 March 2025, the Agency published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia a call for tenders making available part of the spectrum in the 2300 MHz and 3600 MHz bands for local use (sub-bands: 2300-2320 MHz, 2320-2330 MHz and 3400-3420 MHz), in municipalities where these sub-bands are not yet occupied. On 14 March 2025, the Agency published the tender documents on its website.

The tender was launched in three phases, the first of which was reserved exclusively for verticals that will use the frequencies for their own purposes, i.e. private networks. In the second and third phases, other bidders could also acquire frequencies.

In Phase 3 of the call for tenders, one tenderer submitted an initial tender in time to meet the deadline of 14:00 on 10 March 2026: T-2 d.o.o.

After examination of the bids, the Tender Committee concluded that there was no excess demand. Therefore, on 9.4.2026, the Agency issued radio frequency assignment and scoring decisions to the sole bidder in Phase 3.

All frequency blocks awarded in Phase 3 of the call for tenders, as well as a geographical overview of the available frequency blocks in the 2300 and 3600 MHz bands for local use, are shown in the attached figures.
