Dedicated web application and web service for the provision of Point to Point fixed line data
The dedicated web application and web service for the provision of data on fixed-line P-Pis intended for holders of decisions on the allocation of radio frequencies for the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, who will be required to provide data to the Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia in accordance with Article 265 of the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2). The holders of these decisions are A1 Slovenija, RTV Slovenija, T-2, Telemach Slovenija and Telekom Slovenije.
At the same time, the Agency has decided on a new method of data transmission for P-P fixed lines within the granted Package. Until now, the Agency has issued a Radio Frequency Assignment Decision or ODRF for each P-P call, and by granting an ODRF for a Package, the Agency gives the holder the possibility of efficient frequency planning of P-P fixed calls within the assigned Package. For the planning of P-P fixed links within the allocated Package, the ODRF holder is limited by the data or technical parameters derived from the list of P-P fixed links displayed geographically on the AKOS Geoportal. Package holders can access and edit the list using a web application and/or web service (protected by a username and password) in order to avoid harmful interference when planning fixed links in advance. The data derived from the P-P fixed list is subject to the 'principle of reliance', which means that anyone who relies on the data entered in the P-P fixed list must not suffer any adverse consequences as a result. At the request of the Agency, the ODRF holder will be required to modify the technical characteristics of the P-P fixed links included in the P-P fixed list in order to correct the identified interference.
A dedicated web application is intended for entering, correcting, deleting and reviewing the data in the P-P fixed line list.The user shall access the web application using a web browser at the attached URL address.
2. a dedicated web service for the maintenance of P-P Fixed Link data is provided for the purpose of entering, correcting, deleting and reviewing data in the P-P Fixed Link List, where the data exchange takes place via the HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) protocol and the REST API (Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface) recommendation. The web service for the maintenance of the data can be found in the attached link.
