The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia hereby publishes its response to the comments of the interested public received during the public hearing on the draft General Act on the form and manner of publication of the notification of a change in the terms and conditions of a subscription contract.
The Agency published the draft General Act on its website on 2 March 2026 and invited the interested public to submit any comments, suggestions or amendments to the published text. On 9 April 2026, the Agency published the comments received from the interested public on its website.
