The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia publishes a new proposal for a General Act on the form and manner of publication of a notice of a change in the terms and conditions of a subscription contract and invites the interested public to submit comments, suggestions or amendments to the proposal by 2 April 2026.

Comments, suggestions or amendments should be sent in writing to the Communications Networks and Services Agency of the Republic of Slovenia, Stegne 7, 1000 Ljubljana, or by e-mail to info.box@akos-rs.si.

The Agency informs the interested public that, for the purpose of publication, comments must be submitted in a format that complies with the Web and Mobile Accessibility Act (ZDSMA).
