The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia invites all operators of public communications networks or providers of publicly available telephone services to submit a report on the quality of service for the single European emergency number 112, the police number 113 and the number for reporting missing children for 2025.
According to Article 7(1) of the General Act on the quality of service of emergency communications (Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia, No 106/23 and 9/24), all operators, irrespective of the technology of provision of public telephone networks or publicly available telephone services, are required to provide the Agency with the results of measurements or calculations of the parameters of the provision of the emergency communication service to 112, 113 and 116 000 by 1 April of the current year.
Each operator providing telephone services shall complete the questionnaire attached below for the type of publicly available services it provides, i.e. publicly available communication services at a fixed location and communication services on a public mobile network.
