The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia hereby informs the public that, pursuant to Article 62(6) of the Media Act (ZMed-1), it has prepared a draft General Act on the promotional placement of products in radio programmes. The Agency invites the interested public to submit comments, suggestions or amendments to the draft new Act by 18 February 2026.

The General Act establishes the manner of labelling of programme content referred to in the fourth indent of Article 62(4) and further defines the terms referred to in Article 62 of ZMed-1.

Any comments, suggestions or amendments should be sent to the Agency (Stegne 7, 1000 Ljubljana) or by e-mail to: info.box@akos-rs.si. For the purposes of publication, the Agency requests the interested public to submit any comments in a format compliant with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.
