The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia publishes a report on the resolution of user disputes in the field of electronic communications, postal and audiovisual media services, and railway passenger complaints for the first quarter of 2023.
The report shows, inter alia:
- During this period, the Agency received 135 dispute resolution proposals in the field of electronic communications and 5 in the field of postal services, as well as 2 passenger complaints in the field of rail services.
- In the field of electronic communications, disputes related to broadband services again dominated, with a share of 47%, and disputes related to mobile telephony services, with a share of 42%.
- In terms of the number of end-users per operator, the Agency received the highest number of disputes concerning mobile services against T-2 d.o.o., and in terms of the number of connections per operator, the Agency received the highest number of disputes concerning fixed services against A1 Slovenija d.d..
- During the period under review, the Agency settled 141 disputes in the field of electronic communications, 2 disputes in the field of postal services and 3 passenger complaints in the field of rail services.
- During this period, the Agency did not receive or settle any user disputes in the field of audiovisual media services between users and providers of video sharing platforms.
