The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia publishes a report on the resolution of user disputes in the field of electronic communications, postal and audiovisual media services, and railway passenger complaints for the fourth quarter of 2024.
The report shows, inter alia:
- During this period, the Agency received 188 dispute settlement proposals in the field of electronic communications, 4 in the field of postal services and conducted 1 complaint procedure in the field of rail services.
- In the field of electronic communications, depending on the type of service in relation to which the dispute between the end-user and the provider arose, disputes relating to broadband services again predominated (51%). However, depending on the subject matter of the dispute, the largest share of disputes related to unjustified invoicing (42%).
- In terms of the number of end-users per operator, the Agency again received the highest number of disputes (both mobile and fixed) against T - 2 d.o.o.
- During the period under review, the Agency settled 141 disputes in the field of electronic communications and closed 1 complaint procedure in the field of rail services.
- During this period, the Agency did not receive or settle any user disputes in the field of audiovisual media services between users and providers of video sharing platforms.
