The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia publishes a report on the development of the electronic communications market for the second quarter of 2024.
During this period, the number of 5G network users continued to grow, increasing by 9.2% compared to the previous quarter. 5G network users account for one quarter of all active mobile telephony users. The growth trend in mobile broadband penetration per capita also continued, reaching 101.9%. The downward trend in the number of fixed telephony connections and traffic continued, while the number of FTTH broadband connections with speeds of at least 100 Mbit/s increased.
