The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia has published its national report on the open internet for the period from 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026. In it, the Agency provides an overview of the state of the open internet in Slovenia, including regulatory changes and developments, the Agency’s activities, and the business practices of internet access service providers.
The report also reflects the Agency’s active role in the European regulatory environment, particularly within the BEREC expert working group on the open internet.
