On 14 May 2026, the Agency received an application from the Motorway Company of the Republic of Slovenia, d. d., Ulica XIV. divizije 4, 3000 Celje, for the allocation of the four-digit short-dialling number 1977, intended for access to special services/ services of public interest, as defined in the third paragraph of Article 9 of the General Act on the Numbering Plan (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 55/23 and 124/23).
In accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Communications Act – ZEKom-2 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 130/22, 18/23 – ZDU-1O and 40/25 – ZInfV-1), in particular the provisions governing the management and allocation of numbering resources (Articles 47, 100 and 101 of ZEKom-2), the Agency published a Public Call on its website on 25 May 2026 to gather views from the interested public regarding the allocation of the four-digit short-dialling number 1977.
Following the expiry of the thirty-day period, the Agency notes that there are no other interested parties seeking the allocation of the four-digit short-dialling number. Provided that all the prescribed conditions are met, the Agency will issue a decision on the allocation of the number to the applicant in the course of the administrative procedure.
