The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia publishes its response to the comments received from the interested public during the public hearing on the draft General Act on promotional placement of products in radio programmes.

The Agency published the draft General Act on its website on 16 January 2026 and invited the interested public to submit any comments, suggestions or amendments to the published text. On 25 February 2026, the Agency published the comments received from the interested public on its website.
