The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia hereby publishes its response to the comments received from the interested public during the public hearing on the draft General Act on the acquisition and withdrawal of the status of a programme of special interest.
On 16 January 2026, the Agency published the draft general act on its website and invited the interested public to submit comments by the published deadline. On 25 February 2026, the Agency published the comments received from the interested public on its website.
