The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia publishes the comments of the interested public received during the public hearing of the draft General Act on the authorisation to carry out radio or television broadcasting activities, published on 5 February 2026 on the Agency's website.
By the end of the 30-day deadline, the Agency had received comments from Radio centre d.o.o., Rock Radio d.o.o, Next Media d.o.o. and HSG d.o.o. The comments received are attached.
