The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia publishes the comments of the interested public received on the draft General Act on the form and manner of publication of the notice on the amendment of the terms and conditions of the subscription contract, published on 2 March 2026 on the Agency's website.
By the deadline for submission of comments of 2 April 2026, the Agency had received comments from the Association of Electronic Communications Operators of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SOEK), which are attached. The Agency will consider the comments received and reply to them at a later stage.
