The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia is submitting for public consultation the Geographic Analysis 2025 for the update of the list of settlements without price obligations in the relevant market 1 "Wholesale local access provided at a fixed location" and the Geographic Analysis 2025 for the update of the list of deregulated settlements in the relevant market 3b "Wholesale central access provided at a fixed location for mass market products".
In its Analysis of Relevant Market 1 'Wholesale local access provided at a fixed location' with proposed obligations and its Analysis of Relevant Market 3b 'Wholesale central access provided at a fixed location for mass-market products' with proposed obligations, both published on19 November 2021, Agency committed to annually review and update the lists of settlements where, since the above mentioned analyses of the relevant markets, conditions for competitive market activity have been established for operators in the market that either no longer require price regulation (relevant market 1) or where ex-ante regulation is no longer necessary due to a structure that tends towards effective competition (relevant market 3b).
