We have published guidelines and application forms on the AKOS website for the allocation of radio frequencies for private local mobile networks in the 3800–4200 MHz frequency band.
The frequencies are intended for in-house use by vertical sectors, such as users in the fields of industry, transport, energy, healthcare, agriculture, the media and public safety, as well as by local authorities for the development of smart towns and villages.
Until the online portal is set up, applications must be submitted using the prescribed forms. Members of the public wishing to apply may do so by post or electronically to the Agency’s official email address.
AKOS will begin accepting applications for decisions on the allocation of radio frequencies on 27 July 2026. Further information, guidelines, forms and a price calculator are available on the agency’s website under the tab ‘Radio Spectrum’ / ‘Allocation of frequencies for local mobile networks in the 4 GHz band’.
