The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia invites the interested public to submit comments, suggestions or amendments to the draft General Act on Thematic Radio Programmes, which the Agency is required to issue pursuant to the Media Act (ZMed-1), by 2 March 2026.
The General Act defines the types of thematic radio programmes, their characteristics or the programme content that they may disseminate, the programme requirements that the broadcaster must set out in its application and the conditions under which it may modify them.
Any comments, suggestions or amendments should be sent in writing to the Communications Networks and Services Agency of the Republic of Slovenia, Stegne 7, 1000 Ljubljana or by e-mail to info.box@akos-rs.si.
The Agency informs the interested public that, for the purposes of publication, comments must be submitted in a format that complies with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.
