The Agency is extending the deadline for the public to submit views and comments on the draft Recommendation on the shared use of physical infrastructure, which was put out for public consultation on 2 October 2026.
At the request of stakeholders, the deadline for submitting views and comments on the draft recommendation has been extended to 9 November 2026 inclusive, by which date the public may submit comments, suggestions or amendments to the email address info.box@akos-rs.si, quoting reference number 3827-2/2026/1.
