The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia invites the interested public to submit comments, suggestions or amendments to the draft General Act on the authorisation to carry out radio or television activities, which the Agency has prepared on the basis of the Media Act (ZMed-1), by 2 March2026.
The General Act lays down the procedure for issuing, amending, transferring and terminating a decision on a licence for the pursuit of radio or television broadcasting activities to a broadcaster, the programme requirements for the pursuit of the activity which the broadcaster must set out in its application, the conditions under which it may amend them, and the more detailed content of the licence.
Comments, suggestions or amendments should be sent in writing to the Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia, Stegne 7, 1000 Ljubljana or by e-mail to info.box@akos-rs.si.
The Agency informs the interested public that, for the purposes of publication, comments must be submitted in a format that complies with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.
