The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia hereby publishes the comments of the interested public received during the public hearing of the draft General Act on the acquisition and withdrawal of the status of a programme of special interest, published on 16 January 2026 on the Agency's website.
By the end of the 30-day deadline, the Agency had received comments from Media24 (RGL, d.o.o., Radio Kum Trbovlje, d.o.o., NT&RC d.o.o. Celje, Radio Tednik Ptuj d.o.o., Naš Čas, d.o.o. and Radio Krka Novo mesto, d.o.o.). The comments received are attached.
