The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia publishes the draft General Act on the acquisition and withdrawal of the status of a programme of special interest, which it has prepared on the basis of Article 49 of the Media Act (ZMed-1). The Agency invites the interested public to submit comments, proposals or amendments to the draft until 18 February 2026 .
The General Act lays down the procedure for obtaining and withdrawing the status of a local, regional, student and non-profit programme of special interest, as well as the procedure for registering and deleting a network of local or regional radio or television programmes of special interest.
Any comments, suggestions or amendments should be sent in writing to the Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia, Stegne 7, 1000 Ljubljana or by e-mail to info.box@akos-rs.si. For the purposes of publication, the Agency requests the interested public to submit any comments in a format that complies with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.
