The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia invites operator representatives to a workshop on the proposed Digital Network Act (DNA) and the Merger Assessment Guidelines. The workshop will take place on 12 February 2026 from 9.00 a.m. in a hybrid format.
The Digital Networks Act (DNA) proposal brings key changes to the regulation of the electronic communications market at European level, aiming to strengthen the single market for connectivity, modernise the existing regulatory framework and reduce administrative burdens and reporting obligations to allow operators to devote more resources to investment and innovation.
At the same time, the content of the Merger Guidelines will be presented.
Due to technical and space constraints, the number of places is limited to one participant in the case of a smaller operator and to a maximum of three participants in the case of a larger operator.
