The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia invites the interested public to submit comments, suggestions or amendments to the draft General Act on the methodology for determining the area for the compulsory free transmission of programmes, which the Agency has prepared on the basis of the Media Act (ZMed-1), by 2 March 2026.

The General Act lays down the methodology for determining the electronic communications networks used by a significant number of end-users as a means of receiving radio or television programmes.

Any comments, suggestions or amendments should be sent in writing to the Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia, Stegne 7, 1000 Ljubljana or by e-mail to info.box@akos-rs.si.

The Agency informs the interested public that, for the purposes of publication, comments must be submitted in a format that complies with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.
