In accordance with point 4.1 of the tender documentation for the public call for tenders for the award of sixteen (16) broadcasting rights in digital broadcasting throughout the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and ten (10) broadcasting rights in digital broadcasting in the Ljubljana area, the Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia hereby publishes its response to the request for further clarifications.
Attached please find the questions received by the Agency by the deadline for questions, i.e. 27 November 2025 at 12.00 noon inclusive, and the Agency's reply thereto. By this publication, the Agency has published all the answers to the tenderers' questions, in accordance with point 4.1 of the Tender dossier, so that all potential tenderers are deemed to be aware of the answers.
