The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia informs the interested public that it has received a decision of the European Commission in case SI/2025/2615 regarding the notification of the methodology and calculation of the weighted average cost of capital (WACC) for the price regulation of electronic communications in Slovenia. The European Commission recognises the possibility for Slovenia to include additional parameters in the determination of the WACC. The Agency published the WACC calculation model for the price regulation of electronic communications on 24 September 2025 on its website. The Agency has not received any comments from the interested public on the proposed model.
The new WACC values will apply from 1 January 2026.
