The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia hereby informs the interested public that it has published in the announcement part of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia of 24 October 2025 a Decision on the launch of a public tender for the award of sixteen (16) rights for the broadcasting of a radio programme in digital broadcasting technology throughout the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and ten (10) rights for the broadcasting of a radio programme in digital broadcasting technology in the Ljubljana area.
Interested tenderers are invited to submit their bids by 12 December 2025 at 12.00.
The Agency publishes the tender documentation with the instructions for submitting bids. To assist in the preparation of tenders, the Agency has prepared forms which are already included in the tender documents.
In accordance with point 4.1 of the Tender dossier, the Agency will publish replies to requests for further information and clarifications from tenderers on an ongoing basis. The deadline for requests in the Slovenian language is 27 November 2025 at 12.00.
