The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia hereby informs the public that it has received a letter from the 450 MHz Alliance, an industry association, during the public consultation procedure on Verification of the Existence of Demand for Radio Frequencies in the 410-430 MHz band for the allocation of spectrum for verticals or for technology/service neutral allocation for the Republic of Slovenia, which was published on the Agency's website on 21 November 2025. The Alliance supports the use of the 410-430 MHz band as presented by the Agency and has expressed its willingness to assist in the development of an appropriate business model.
The Agency notes that no interest in radio frequencies in the 410-430 MHz band has been demonstrated.
