The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia informs the interested public that after the public hearing (public consultation was held on the eDemocracy portal) the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on 23 July 2025 at 163. In accordance with Article 34 of the Electronic Communications Act (Official Journal of the RS, No 130/22, 18/23 - ZDU-1O and 40/25 - ZInfV-1), the Agency prepared the technical material for the Regulation.
The amendments to the Regulation were necessary in order to comply with the documents of the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-23) and take into account the latest situation of the use of radio frequency bands in Slovenia. The Regulation itself has not been amended, but Annexes I and II have been amended to include updates to the footnotes and new band allocations.
The amendment to the Regulation was published in the Official Journal of the RS, No 56/25 of 25.7.2025,https://www.uradni-list.si/_pdf/2025/Ur/u2025055.pdfhttps://www.uradni-list.si/_pdf/2025/Ur/u2025056.pdf and will enter into force on the fifteenth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the RS.
