Javno odpiranje ponudb 2. faze javnega razpisa z javno dražbo za dodelitev radijskih frekvenc v radiofrekvenčnih pasovih 2300 MHz in 3600 MHz za lokalno uporabo – 9. 9. 2025 ob 9:30 na sedežu AKOS

The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia, hereby informs that the public opening of bids for the 2nd phase of the public call for tenders with public auction for the allocation of radio frequencies in the 2300 MHz and 3600 MHz radio frequency bands for local use will take place on Tuesday, 9 September 2025 at 9:30 at the AKOS headquarters, Stegne 7, Ljubljana, in the large meeting room on the 2nd floor.

The tender will be open to tenderers who have expressed an interest in participating in Phase 2 at the time of the submission of their first tender. Only vertical bidders were eligible to submit bids in Phase 1 of the call for tenders. In Phase 2, tenders may also be submitted by providers of electronic communications services. The total number of tenderers that have responded to the call for tenders and are eligible to bid in Phase 2 is 7.

The deadline for submission of tenders for Phase 2 of the call for tenders is Monday 8 September 2025 at 10:00.

Participants in Phase 2 of the call for tenders have already received notifications from AKOS on how and when to submit their bids and have received an updated Form I.3 to submit their bids.
