Predlog Programa dela in finančnega načrta za leto 2026 ter predlogi tarif za leto 2026

The Agency for Communications Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia publishes the draft Work Programme and Financial Plan for 2026 and the draft tariffs for 2026, containing:
- the value of the point for the payment on the basis of a notification, for the payment for the use of radio frequencies and for the payment for the use of numbering elements;
- the value of the point and the amount of the share in relation to the fee charged for the use of the public railway infrastructure, for the operation of the regulatory body in the field of rail transport;
- the value of the point for payment for the provision of postal services;
- the value of the point for payment on the basis of the authorisation to provide television activities or entry in the official register of providers of on-demand audiovisual media services or entry in the official register of providers of video-sharing platforms.
The Agency invites the interested public to submit their opinions, comments and suggestions on the attached documents. Comments should be sent by 25 August 2025 to the Agency's address (Stegne 7, Ljubljana) or by e-mail to: info.box@akos-rs.si. Please refer to the reference number 410-1/2025.
