The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia would like to inform the public that the European Commission has started to collect feedback on the forthcoming Digital Networks Act, which will be one of the legislative proposals in the area of connectivity in the coming years.
The interested public can give their views until 9 July 2025 via the "Better Regulation - Have your say" portal, where a summary of the purpose and objectives of the future proposal is also available. The new regulatory framework aims to boost investment in modern networks, improve conditions for access and sharing of infrastructure and contribute to the Digital Decade objectives.
