AKOS, as the national coordinator for digital services, publishes an annual report on activities under the Digital Services Act 2025.
Article 55 of the Digital Services Act provides that each Digital Service Coordinator shall prepare and publish an annual report presenting its activities in the previous year. The report must include information on complaints from recipients of services and information on the number and subject matter of orders to take action against illegal content or orders to provide information issued by national judicial or administrative authorities to intermediary service providers. The report shall be made public and shall be forwarded to the European Commission and the European Digital Service Committee.
This is the second annual report of the Agency as national coordinator and also contains general information on activities in the field of digital services, including monitoring of providers and other activities at national and international level, as well as information on procedures for the designation of out-of-court dispute resolution bodies, trusted whistleblowers and vetted researchers.
