The Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia publishes a regular annual report on the situation on the postal services market for 2023. The purpose of the analysis is to examine the main factors on the postal services market in the Republic of Slovenia and to monitor the underlying trends over the years, with the aim of providing an overview of the situation on this market. For the first time, the regular analysis in this area also includes the results of a survey on the online purchasing habits of Slovenian customers, which was conducted by the Agency during the year.
